Allowlist the NavTool Domain
Add all email from our domain to your safe-sender list so order confirmations, tracking updates, and support replies land in your inbox.
Domain to allowlist: @navtool.com
Quick steps that work almost everywhere
- Add a rule/filter so messages from
@navtool.com are delivered to your Inbox.
- If you find a NavTool email in Spam/Junk, open it and choose Not spam or Not junk.
- Consider adding our domain to your “safe senders” / “trusted senders” list if your provider supports it.
Gmail (web & mobile)
- Open Gmail ▸ click the search bar ▸ Show search options.
- In From, enter
*@navtool.com ▸ click Create filter.
- Check Never send it to Spam (optional: Categorize as Primary) ▸ Create filter.
- If any NavTool email is in Spam, open it and click Not spam.
Tip: If our emails land in “Promotions,” drag one to “Primary,” then confirm “Do this for future messages.”
Outlook.com / Outlook app
- Go to Settings ▸ Mail ▸ Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, add
navtool.com ▸ Save.
- If a message is in Junk Email, open it and choose It’s not junk.
Desktop Outlook also supports Junk Email Options ▸ Safe Senders (add navtool.com).
Yahoo Mail
- Create a filter: Settings ▸ More settings ▸ Filters ▸ Add new.
- Set From “contains” to
@navtool.com and choose folder Inbox, then Save.
- If a message is in Spam, open it and click Not Spam.
iCloud Mail / Apple Mail
- On iCloud.com: Mail ▸ gear icon ▸ Rules ▸ Add Rule.
- Condition: is from “ends with”
@navtool.com; Action: Move to Inbox (or add a label).
- On iPhone/iPad/Mac, mark any message as Not Junk and add the sender to Contacts for extra safety.
AOL Mail
- Add
@navtool.com as an allowed sender: Settings ▸ Mail ▸ Spam settings (or use Filters).
- If a message appears in Spam, open it and click Not Spam.
Still not seeing our emails?
- Search your mailbox for
navtool.com.
- Make sure images are allowed and you didn’t unsubscribe from NavTool emails.
- On business/school email, ask IT to allow
@navtool.com on the server or gateway.
