Refund policy/Return policy:

We have two sections. Please see the appropriate sections based on the return type:

2. Return Non-Compatible Interfaces - you must have a video call while the item is installed in the car before it can be returned.

1. Return For a Refund:

The last day of the return window is 14 days after you receive the delivery of your purchase.

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the purchase. If you want to return your purchase, please know that the period begins the day you receive your product.

    • Only regular-priced items may be returned.
    • No discounts were applied to the item or order.
    • No gift cards were applied to the item or order.
    • The product must be unopened. 
    • The product must never be programmed.
    • The product must be in its original packaging. 
    • The product must be unused. 
    • The product must not be damaged.
    • Like-new condition.
    • Restocking fees may apply.

    2. Return Non-Compatible Interfaces - you must have a video call while the item is installed in the car before it can be returned:

    Not-Compatible Products: Last day of the return window is 30 days after you receive delivery of your purchase. (Non-compatible items must be verified via video call while the product is installed in the car)

    Please note if your vehicle has broken equipment or missing, it DOES NOT make NavTool not compatible:

    1. Missing or broken radio.
    2. Missing or broken navigation.
    3. Missing or broken screen.
    4. Missing or broken or not equipped audio auxiliary jack, also known as AUX.

    The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the purchase. If you want to return your non-compatible product, please know that the period begins the day you receive your product.  (Not compatible item must be verified via video call while the product is installed in the car)

    • Non-compatible items must be verified via video call for compatibility issues while the product is installed in the car. (Non-compatible items must be verified via video call while the product is installed in the car)
    • Non-Compatible product returns must be received back to a returns processing center within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the purchase. After 30 days, only warranty exchange. (Non-compatible items must be verified via video call while the product is installed in the car)
    • You must create a Support Ticket for all non-compatible products before starting a return process. (Non-compatible items must be verified via video call while the product is installed in the car)
    • Support tickets are issued via video call while the product is installed in the car before starting a return process. (Non-compatible items must be verified via video call while the product is installed in the car)
    • You must fill out Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) before starting a return process. (Non-compatible items must be verified via video call while the product is installed in the car)
