Where are NavTool products made?
Designed, built, and supported in the USA. Each unit is bench-tested and validated in real vehicles before release.
What makes NavTool different?
- Vehicle-specific design: Interfaces are engineered for exact year/make/model/options for an OEM-style fit.
- Factory integration: Uses your original screen and controls. Where supported, we reuse the factory microphone and Bluetooth calling path.
- Compatibility guarantee: If a product is verified not compatible with your vehicle, you can return it for a full refund (see Returns).
- Lifetime warranty: Exchanges for the same product in the same vehicle if a unit fails under normal use.
Does Apple CarPlay or Android Auto look the same in every car?
Yes. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto run inside your phone. Your car provides the secure display and controls, which is why the experience is consistent across vehicles.
Installation
Is installation difficult?
Most interfaces are plug-and-play and can be removed without altering vehicle wiring. Professional installation is recommended for best results.
Will this affect my vehicle warranty?
Properly installed accessories generally do not void a vehicle warranty. Always install according to the manual; damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered.

Will my factory cameras, sensors, and chimes still work?
Yes. Factory features remain. When you shift into reverse, the camera view appears and then returns to Apple CarPlay or Android Auto afterward.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from New York, USA.
How fast do you ship?
Your order enters a 30-minute hold after checkout so you can make changes or cancel. After 30 minutes, the order is released to the warehouse, a label is printed, and the package is placed on the pickup rack for UPS/USPS/DHL/FedEx.
Because packages move into a high-volume pickup area after the 30-minute window, manually retrieving a specific parcel is not feasible without delaying many orders. Use the self-cancel option in the first 30 minutes if you need to change your order.
Handling time
All orders have a minimum of 1 and maximum of 14 business days of handling time. You will receive tracking once dispatched.
Do you ship internationally and to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship worldwide. PO boxes ship via postal services. International customers are responsible for any duties/taxes charged by the destination country.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within the initial 30-minute hold after checkout using the Cancel/Edit tools in your account. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.
Returns
What’s your policy?
- Compatibility-verified refund: If our product is verified not compatible with your vehicle, you’ll receive a full refund for the amount paid.
- How we verify: A quick video call with a technician while the unit is installed confirms wiring/options and authorizes a return when appropriate.
- Timing: Start within 60 days of purchase. Once verified not compatible, the unit must arrive at our returns center within those 60 days.
- Condition: Include all original components/packaging; no damage or altered firmware/labels/serials.
- Lifetime warranty exchanges: If a unit fails under normal use, we exchange for the same product in the same vehicle.
- Special orders: VIN-programmed upgrades begin preparation on payment and are non-cancelable/non-returnable except when verified not compatible.
