In order to return or exchange the NavTool product, you will need to fill the form below. All returns and exchanges are subject to terms and conditions.

Please note the following:

• The returns are covered by 30 days money back guarantee.
  Items after this period only eligible for exchanges under warranty.
   
• The item sent for return have to be sent in the original packaging. Depending on the specific item policy additional restrictions may apply. Please refer to your documentation.
   
• The exchanges are covered by a regular (1 year) or extended (3 years) warranty. The warranty terms are subject to promotions, the time of purchase, the place where you item was bought.
   
• Please include your receipt with the item for both returns and exchanges.
